No, we do not charge a fee for making a booking.

You will pay only at the time of pick-up the car.

2Where can I pick-up the car?

You can pick-up the car from airport or anywhere you like in Cluj.

3Can I take a car if I do not have a reservation?

In order to rent a car, you must make an online reservation.

In the event you do not have a reservation, you can book a car by calling our phone numbers.

4Are unlimitted mileage included in the rates?

Yes, the rates include unlimited mileage.

5What should I do if I lost something in the vehicle?

S.C. Parc Auto S.R.L. is not responsible for anything left in the rental vehicles.

However, if an item is found in a rental vehicle, it will be turned into lost and found at the rental location.

6What if I made a reservation and want to upgrade once I get to the location?

When arriving at the rental location, please ask about the availability of an upgrade. If an upgrade is available we will find the rental vehicle which will best fit your needs.

7What do I do in case of an accident?

First, make sure that everyone involved is okay.

If someone is injured, immediately dial 112 for help.

Second, contact the local authority in order to fill out the necessary accident report.

Third, call us to inform about the accident. The trained staff will give you further instructions.
